Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative you receive. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report on the cargo company. For the return of products that have been opened, used, destroyed and so on, you must first take a photo of the problem on the product or package and receive a return acceptance by sending the photos with the Ufresh Customer Service number +90 532 676 98 46, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product with its condition at the time of delivery and to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to use.

In the event that the customer returns or withdraws the product, the returned product will be returned within ten (10) days from the date of receipt. The product return fee to the credit card is made by your bank between 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company does not have any savings.

In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tear, use and other conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned as it was delivered to the customer, it will not return the product and will not refund the price.

For products returned in accordance with the above conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the customer.

Refunds will be made within 2 business days. Credit Card returns will be made within 3 business days. Your bank may reflect the refund on your credit card account on the same day. In this situation, you need to call the credit-card services of your bank. After the “Canceled” warning about your order, all the prices will be refunded to your credit card or to the bank where you made the transfer. Refunds made in installments are reflected in your credit card as a positive balance every month by your bank.
